1. Descriptions:
The whole core flame-retardant conveyor belt is made of the whole belt core after impregnation, plasticization or vulcanization of PVC impregnating paste. It has the characteristics of high strength, large transportation capacity and balanced transportation. At the same time, the product has good flame-retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Its varieties are flame retardant conveyor belt, mining flame retardant conveyor belt, coal mine conveyor belt and so on.
It has the characteristics of wear resistance, antistatic, waterproof, flame retardant, high strength, excellent safety performance, lower cost and lower price compared with other flame retardant conveyor belts. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type. The top cover and bottom cover layers of PVC type are PVC cover rubber, with single side rubber ≥ 0.8mm. The top and bottom covering layers of PVG type are NBR and PVC, with single side thickness of 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation inclination of PVC type conveyor belt is less than 16 ° and that of PVG type conveyor belt is less than 20 ° which can be used for coal mine transportation.

The whole layer does not delaminate, high strength, small extension, impact resistance, friction resistance and tear resistance. The conveyor belt is self-extinguishing to flame combustion, has excellent flame-retardant properties, and has good antistatic properties.
